Good evening. I dropped off the attached Payout Sheet for last week’s OPC this morning at the Eisenhower Pro Shop. The Payout Sheet also included some other reimbursements for members who either overpaid on their annual dues, reimbursements for members who paid bills out of their pocket, and for those who won Rules Refresher prizes.

After an EMGA event where prizes are awarded, I typically wait about 5-7 days after the event before dropping off a check and Payout Sheet at the Pro Shop. This time delay gives our OPC and Tournament Committees time to resolve any alibis in scoring that may affect the payouts.

I recommend that all our members periodically check with the Pro Shop to see how much money is in their EGC accounts. Mistakes occasionally happen and prize money gets placed in the wrong account. If you notice a discrepancy in your EGC account, please let me know and we can rectify mistakes made.
